 Hayden was forced to grow up when she embarked on her first trip abroad without her mother. She flew to Europe last year to promote the hit TV show -Heroes -with her castmates. "It was the first time that my mother hasn't travelled with me and we went to Munich, Paris and London... It was such a different experience, being on your own and it changed me dramatically. On the I Love You Beth Cooper film, some pictures of Hayden on the filming set on April 15th this year. From Fireflies in the Garden a poster (in which Hayden is named) and some filming set pictures on April 10th and 11th last year. And on The Architect two posters and some stills from the movie. Hayden will play a brunette in a new movie

 Hayden has signed up to play a brunette in a new movie, in a desperate bid to avoid being typecast as an all-American blonde. She recently completed filming Fireflies In The Garden, about a dysfunctional family in which a dark-haired Panettiere stars opposite Julia Roberts. And she is hoping the dramatic role and darker locks will be enough to convince audiences of her versatility. She says, "I wanted to kill the cheerleader image, so I changed my hair colour and wore no make-up... It's been very hard for me in the past to have people see me in any other way. They can be very narrow-minded."

Hayden to make a documentary about the whaling industry: "The Inconvenient Truth of the oceans"

 Hayden is set to follow in the footsteps of former U.S. vice president Al Gore by releasing a film modelled after his Oscar-winning documentary An Inconvenient Truth. She made waves last November (2007) when she took part in a protest against the slaughtering of dolphins in the historic whaling town of Taiji, Japan. Now one of her main priorities is an informative movie about the whaling industry, which she is convinced will be as groundbreaking as Gore's global warming expose.  Hayden was such a successful child actor, she was "tortured" by school bullies. The Heroes actress - who began her career aged eight months - admits she was targetted by bullies over jealousy. But the she is pleased she was the victim. She says, "At school I was teased a lot because I was an actor. They used to be awful. I went through a big period where I was tortured at school. Absolutely ripped apart." she confeses "It was very hard for me but I think it made me a stronger person and I'm glad that it happened."

Hayden loves Little Britain: "I'm totally in love with him and David Walliams"

 Hayden has revealed that she is obsessed with Little Britain. She said she is "in love" with creators Matt Lucas and David Walliams, and was thrilled to hear that Lucas had married boyfriend Kevin McGee in 2006. Talking about her ideal Friday night's entertainment, she told People: "At home in bed with a movie and pizza and good friends. I'd probably be watching Little Britain, a BBC TV show. It is phenomenal." She added: "I'm obsessed with it. I'm in love with Matt Lucas and I just found out that he had a civil partnership, which is great! "I'm totally in love with him and David Walliams."

 Hayden and Pamela Anderson will be among the guests at an annual White House event. Other guests at the Press Correspondents Association Dinner will include actress Marcia Cross, Perez Hilton, Lauren Conrad and Hollywood star Ben Affleck. Late Late Show comedian Craig Ferguson will host the evening. US Vice President Dick Cheney is confirmed to appear at the bash, but President George W Bush has not yet revealed whether he will be attending. The annual meal began in 1920 and is a popular part of the President's social calendar. Previous guests have included Sheryl Crow, Eddie Izzard and Petra Nemcova.

Commercial with D.C. shadow senator Paul Strauss

 Hayden has filmed a commercial with D.C. shadow senator Paul Strauss urging residents to contribute money to the cause. The ad was filmed outside the U.S. Capitol and will begin airing Friday on the D.C. government's two cable channels. Our lvoely Hayden says "Be a hero -- end taxation without representation here in D.C." Strauss says he ran into Hayden on Capitol Hill, where she was stumping for Save the Whales. When she began lobbying him, Strauss told her D.C. doesn't have a vote in Congress. Strauss says she then offered to help.

She attended with her mother and brother Jensen, and you can see pics of her arriving, in the show and at the backstage. On this date she also atteded to the Genesis Awards, held in Beverly Hills, in which she recieved an award!
